There are climates that shape culture. And then there are climates that shape skin. In the Philippines, heat is not a season. Humidity is not occasional. Ultraviolet exposure is not rare. They are constants. Over time, they influence how skin produces oil, retains water, responds to stress, and ages. To understand Filipino skin is to understand Filipino weather.
