We’ve learned that beauty doesn’t always need to rush.
Sometimes, it begins in the pause — in the stillness that allows you to notice how your skin feels, how the air settles, how care quietly restores what the day has taken.

Russ & Rose began there, in the small rituals we shared as siblings. A pharmacist and a nurse, raised to heal, but also to listen. To the soft language of care. To the warmth of a towel pressed against a tired face. To the scent of herbs in the garden after rain. These moments taught us that skincare isn’t a routine to complete, but a rhythm to return to.

We built this brand from that belief — that gentleness can be powerful, and that modern science and Philippine botanicals can live beautifully together. Each formulation carries intention: cruelty-free, thoughtfully crafted, and designed to move in harmony with your skin, never against it.
